Wild Forage - Fresh Stinging Nettle

Stinging nettle is harvested in late spring from our woods. Fresh tips are harvested in the early morning, are washed then stored. They can be sauteed with lemon and garlic (yum) or enjoyed as a tea. Great for those with seasonal allergies. 

Limited availability as we harvest sustainably as to not impact the ecosystem of our woods as it is a food source for many butterfly and moth larvae.
