Crisp, delicious garden carrots. A regular favourite of our customers, we grow a sweet, flavour-packed variety with bright leafy tops.
Those leafy carrot tops are edible too! Especially early in season when they are still tender. Similar to parsley, they can be made into pestos, added to soups, or softened through sautéeing alongside vegetables or aromatics (like onions and garlic scapes).
To keep carrots crisp, remove the carrot tops and store separately.
