Our seed potatoes are from Eagle Creek and are certified organic. We will be bringing in three types of potatoes Alta Blush, Caribe and Sangre.

Alta Blush

• Skin Colour – Pinkish Brown
• Flesh Colour – White
• Maturity – Early 50-70 Days
• Storage – Great for Winter Storage
• Cooking – Boiled, Baked, Roasted or Potato Salad

Caribe

• Skin Colour – Purple
• Flesh Colour – White
• Maturity – Early 50-70 Days
• Storage – Great for Winter Storage
• Cooking – Boiling, baking, steaming, frying, and mashing. 

Sangre 

• Skin Colour – Red
• Flesh Colour – White
• Maturity – Mid 70-90 Days
• Storage – Good Winter Storage
• Cooking –  Boiling and mashing.
